In the event the Senate fails to recede, the Speaker has appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the Senate to consider the bills: Representative Dyson, Chair Representative Mulder Representative Kemplen Senator Mackie moved that the Senate recede from its amendments and recommended the body vote no. The question being: "Shall the Senate recede from its amendments?" YEAS: 9 NAYS: 11 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Green, Halford, Kelly Tim, Leman, Parnell, Pearce, Taylor, Ward Nays: Adams, Ellis, Elton, Hoffman, Kelly Pete, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Phillips, Torgerson, Wilken Senator Tim Kelly changed from Nay to Yea and so, the Senate failed to recede. The President appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with the like committee from the House: Senator Wilken, Chair Senator Tim Kelly Senator Lincoln The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
